Started out as a CSR after 1 year I wanted to expand my knowledge and moved to the training department as an FSR (floor support res) which helped trainers with the new hires with questions and helping navigate the systems. I also helped in the training classroom with group activities, assessments, and even assisted in teaching the common job responsibilities. Once again to expand within the company I then moved to Quality Assurance. I was assigned to an account that consisted of 4/5 teams, I would take the bottom performers and chime in on calls to ensure all job responsibilities were met.
