At AHPRA, my role is a customer service representative answering inbound calls for health practitioners who are looking to get registered to be able to practice in Australia. My role within the team is to help with the application process and answer any questions they might have in regards to applying for registration. Each day I try and meet the KPI’s.

During my time at Peakbound I was on the Allianz campaign doing outbound warm calls and turning those calls into sales. I had a target every week in which I met consistently. My time in Peakbound has thought me about customer service and building rapport with customers.
