The Mediators Without Borders team created and introduced the InAccord Conflict Analysis model for resolving Mediation, Arbitration, Collaborative Practice and Restorative Justice Disputes. Our InAccord model provides a procedural framework for disputes that focus on the needs of the disputant rather than the approach of the professional. Now, we are providing this proven model for dispute resolution within a global network of Mediators Without Borders locations offering the InAccord model as a tool for disputants engaging in Mediation & Arbitration Services. The mission continues for measurement and evaluation, through our empirically-tested InAccord model for conflict resolution services that promotes sustainable justice.I graduated at the University of Denver with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I completed my Graduate Certificate in Mediation through Arcadia University’s International Peace and Conflict Studies Program and serve on the faculty at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY. I am the author of three volumes of work: In Justice, InAccord; Touchstone Skills for Authentic Communication; and Quality of Life- How to Get It, How to Keep It. I bring over 30 years of combined work experience, as well as an impassioned voice and vision to the expanding field of mediation and conflict resolution skills.
