Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries. Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos. Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; preparing checks. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

Payroll Duties-Review Field Tickets to get proper understanding of the job task performed and hours worked, Investigate questionable data, compile data and prepare a variety of reports, data entry into ADP, process daily per diem. Accounts Payable Duties- Review and verify invoices, sort, code, and three way match invoices, enter and upload invoices into system, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date, research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues, maintain vendor files, correspond with vendors, assist with month end closing.
