As an account services representative, I act as a liaison for Genoa's pharmacy, our behavioral health clinic partner and our shared patients. I review reporting for medication adherence, confer with medical providers, provide patient-specific cost options and identify adherence packaging opportunities facilitating the best possible medical outcome for the patient.

As a Practice Transformation Coach (PTC) at Physician Health Partners, I provided direction to primary care practices supporting sustainability in process improvement and positive clinical outcomes for patient populations. In utilizing the Plan-Do-Study-Act tool for testing change, I was able to adapt processes based on desired results and available resources.
