Managed the workflow of the agency which comprises of account management, creatives and producers. Work closely with the agency’s management to determine the direction of the company. Ensure growth for the agency and team members, maximise productivity, and breaking creative boundaries.

Maintained samsung.com website and the Samsung Singapore Facebook page. Produced most of the online/interactive content, which included microsites, web banners, EDMs, film content, webisodes.

It was in BBH where I started working on Film and Digital projects. The demands were challenging but most definitely fulfilling. Was tasked to set up the Traffic / Workflow system in BBH Shanghai where I managed for 10 months, before returning to Singapore. Was part of the winning pitch team for Chupa Chups, LTA, NTUC Income, STB.
