Positioned in the Traffic Design Engineering (TDE) team, delivering various Surface Transport Schemes throughout London..• Project managing and undertaking concept, feasibility and preliminary design work for network improvements on the Transport for London Road Network. • Investigating network problems and developing financially viable cross-modal designs. • Appointing internal and external consultants, including topographic surveys, traffic surveys and statutory searches. • Authorising the production of base and proposed traffic models for options analysis. • Developing innovative and forward thinking designs with a focus on improving road safety, whilst also providing network improvements. • Attending client, stakeholder, and project design meetings to discuss scheme proposals. • Providing weekly project updates and ensuring schemes progress to schedule.

Responsible for a number of Traffic & Transportation projects throughout the UK. Responsible for a number of Traffic & Transportation projects throughout Surrey County Council these have included;· Parking management scheme’s - CPZ’s (Walton, Esher, Thames Ditton, Redhill, Leatherhead)· Traffic Calming Schemes · Temporary Road Closures· Traffic Management projects· Route Studies (A23 Bus Route Improvement)Duties included: · Feasibility studies · Site Surveys · Preliminary design· Producing Public Consultation info: (leaflets to residents, businesses & statutory consultees). · Surveys (Traffic Counts, Speed Survey’s, Statutory Undertakers checks)· Liaise with local members, emergency services and residents for scheme approval · Coordinating Public Utility Companies to undertake necessary works related to schemes.· Preparing Temporary Traffic Management Drawings (including diversions)

Worked closely with a team of Engineers, concentrating on CPZ's and Highways around Lambeth. Responsible for providing detailed maps and sites in order to carry out necessary construction. Worked on many schemes such as Kennington, Brixton, Clapham, Thornton, and Stockwell etc.· Very familiar with the Auto Sign and Auto Lines program. · Responsible for design of Traffic Signs around the Borough. · Very familiar with the TRSGD standards.
