•Developed and executed marketing campaigns including print, social media, direct mail and email campaigns. Increased effectiveness of campaigns by determining best methods to reach the intended audience.•Promoted company programs resulting in increased customer knowledge and loyalty by implementing a New Customer Clinic. Handled planning and preparation including customer contact, creating and compiling print materials, prize giveaways, room set up and catering.
