Current- Resourcing commercial contracts through the engagement of freelance Consultants and Coaches* Carrying out the recruitment and on-boarding of new Consultants and Coaches to address knowledge gaps and geographical needs.
- Increased delivery capability by 150% within a 4-month period, utilising personal network to bring on board additional Consultants to support in the delivery of 2 major outplacement projects.
- Designed new client onboarding process which resulted in initial contact being made within 24 hours of referral. Implemented to meet a throughput of some 700 individual clients in a 2-month period.
- Developed the client centre, to provide a more immersive online platform experience in collaboration with provider, resulting in a significantly higher level of engagement.
- Received outstanding feedback from corporate sponsor for an outplacement project in South Wales, which resulted in a 99% resettlement rate.
- Sole responsibility for the roll out of the annual Consultants and Coaches conference. Putting together the agenda, identifying and inviting guest speakers.
