Thus far, I have accomplished many things. I have been able to create a database of KPIs for our company's use in all departments. I was able to use my excel skills to interpret data for our President to use during a Supplier Meeting in order to address their Quality. As a team, my coworkers and I have been able to accomplish creating Operation Description Sheets together to ensure proper training and inspection requirements for production associates to follow. At KMAK, I have learned how to work at a small company and work closely to achieve our goals. I've gained insight on how things connect from department to department and how crucial a management system is in order to retain customers and generate new ones.
