In 2016 I assumed responsibility for ILIM's Performance Measurement and Reporting function with an objective of designing and implementing a future-proofed operating model that will deliver the Performance Measurement Attribution (PMA) capability required by the ILIM business. This will involve the procurement of a solution to systemise the performance calculation process and also a re-engineering of ILIM process and practices to maximise benefit from the capabilities of any new system. The solution has been implemented and I now head up the Performance Reporting Function, with particular emphasis on provision of analysis to internal Managers of Funds,

In this role I had senior management responsibility for the function that provides asset and fund administration services to ILIM’s internal and external clients.Between 2013 and 2015 I was heavily involved in the integration of ILIM's fund administration platform with the equivalent platforms operated by the Canada Life Ireland entities, following the takeover of Irish Life by Canada Life's parent (Great West Life Co). This period concluded with the successful on-boarding of back office, custody and fund pricing services into ILIM.In 2012 I joined the recently formed On-boarding group, a cross functional group, charged with overseeing the introduction of new products and services in ILIM. I also joined the newly formed Operational Risk Steering Group; a group tasked with ensuring operational risks within the business are managed correctly.Since 2009 I have been a key contact for our external custodian/administrator suppliers and have maintained the day to day/operational relationships on behalf of ILIM. During this period ILIM also launched a UCITS platform and I had a lead role in the rollout of funds under this structure. In this period I’ve also overseen the introduction of a Scorecard type assessment for our principal custodian. In 2006 I was appointed to a senior management position - Head of Valuations and Administration. Over the following two years I drove an improvement agenda in the companies fund administration function, implementing new control and review processes for the area.

In early 2001 I transferred full time into the role of Project Manager for the selection and implementation of a new back office system. In late 2002 a project team was formed and I was charged with the implementation of the chosen system. In my role I was responsible for developing the overall implementation strategy (including testing, paralleling, cutover), the management of the project team, the management of the relationship with the external supplier and the overall project management of the initiative. Phase 1 went live 2003, Phase 2 in 2005.

I was responsible for the back office teams that maintained ILIM's books of records for its investments and for ensuring safe custody of assets under management.
