Management of Spare Parts growth strategy at Xerox, Developing Markets Operations. $75M financial plan – leadership of programs to develop the business and identify growth opportunities.• Development and implementation of Parts Penetration program across 25 countries. Driving both centralised and local focus to enhance visibility to opportunities and potential aftermarket activity• Central Ownership of monitoring P&L expectations, opportunities & risks throughout each month and quarter vs performance expectations.• Regularly review OrderBook opportunities, including the projection of revenue, seeking and achieving increased performance• Management of country teams to champion Spare Parts business – including ownership of best practice sharing, and providing workshops to improve knowledge base• Regular field reviews and visits to Supply Chain to understand service level gaps, and build solutions to both logistics and country–level challengesOwnership of Post Sales financial reporting – including Annuity stream P&Ls, Gross Margin analysis, and management of monthly CSO & Paper Reporting Package

Working in the Headquarters of Xerox's Developing Market Operations division. DMO HQ is responsible for the management of over 150 countries across 5 continents.Key Responsibilities included:• Development & Ownership of new models and solutions to ensure that all of our teams around the world have the most relevant and timely information possible.• Management of Supplies Penetration in DMO HQ – leadership of data calculation, reporting output for 25 countries, in addition to analysis / field distribution• Quantifying and measuring the impact of key performance drivers to guide the Annual planning and review process.• Monthly analysis of Annuity P&Ls.• Project Management - development of two new solutions to support Customer, Regional & HQ teams. 1) The Partner Penetration Tool. - This allowed our partners to better understand and manage their business. 2) The Total Cost of Ownership Model. - This model allowed external partners and internal Xerox staff to compare our cost competitiveness against our major competition.

A member of the 2013 Graduate intake in the Developing Market Operations (DMO) division within Xerox Corp. DMO is responsible for the management of Xerox business in over 150 countries worldwide including Brazil, Russia, India and Mexico.Responsibilities included: - Providing support and data analysis to the supplies division which is responsible for circa $500M annual revenue. - The creation of Models and Tools which enabled both HQ users and Field colleagues to better understand and manage the dynamics in their local geographies. - 12 Month Project to automate the Supplies Penetration Tool. This project was awarded a 2012 Recognition Award from the President of Xerox Developing Market Operations.The Xerox graduate scheme also involved a structured 10 month project to develop a new induction programme for all new starters into the Developing Market Operations Headquarters.
