With over 20 years of experience in the change and transformation area, I have built a strong foundation as a senior-level change professional and SME. I have demonstrated expertise in project delivery, data management and business analysis throughout my career, working across various sectors and large-scale global projects. My focus has been on acting as the conduit (translator) between technology and the business enabling successful change. In my recent role, I was appointed to help define and implement a programme of work to the assist and improve the end to end functioning of the business. The programme was centred on, but not limited to requirements gathering, third party vendor selection, project implementation and data migration for two key areas of the business. The structural composition and set up of nine general ledgers within the group (Microsoft dynamics 365 product) and the implementation of a new internal payroll system (Cintra product).I pride myself on my solution-oriented approach, aligning processes, people and technology and providing strategic plans and direction through end to end business analysis, data analytics and BI for the purposes of creating robust data insight and effective decision-making. I am adept at agile and waterfall project methodologies and as a leader, I thrive in fast-paced environments. I foster innovation, teamwork, and agility with the people I work with, encouraging individuals to explore new ideas and push boundaries.
