I also provide strategic counsel to clients on the identification, assessment, and mitigation of litigation and regulatory risks associated with their business activities and products. Relatedly, I am a recognized thought leader and speaker, having presented at national conferences on emerging trends and challenges in litigation and affecting industries. And I have held leadership roles in several law-focused organizations, including the ABA-TIPS Life Insurance Law Committee (former Chair), the ABA Judicial Conference’s Lawyers Conference (Executive Committee). Among other leadership and management responsibilities, I was a Vice-Chair of the industry group devoted to the firm's principal client base, Jorden Burt's Life Insurance Industry Group, and served on Jorden Burt’s Investment Committee, which was charged with providing oversight to the management of the firm’s Savings & Investment (401k) Plan.
