After 27 years working in Financial Advice, across multiple practices, I have developed a deep understanding of not only Financial Advice as a whole but also my speciality, Risk Protection. I believe that personalised financial advice requires a deep understanding the risks we all face in day to day life and also the demanding professional environment my clients operate in.I established NOR Financial with a singular goal in mind. Educating and protecting medical professionals not only in WA but across Australia. Don’t get me wrong, this is not entirely altruistic, my wife and mother of my beautiful girls happens to fall into this category. While highly trained in her specialist field I saw why professionals like her find it difficult to find the time to understand the intricacies of the financial world that I know so well. After all there are only so many hours in the day, best to use those for what you are good at. Since deciding that I wanted to share my knowledge with as many people as possible I have had the pleasure of speaking to national audience and know this is well received as educational content, not a sales pitch. More often I find myself meeting with new immigrants who are just getting started in life take great pride in watching them and their families grow and flourish. They are the ones doing all the hard work to get ahead in life but having someone to “watch their back” I believe allows them to work toward a clearly defined goal and not wonder “what if”.
