Senior Awareness Training Specialist
Conduct drills and present at executive level meetings to enterprise employee training courses, to include awareness of security strategies and topics on a companywide level.Drive global company security initiatives to include New Hire Orientations and employee volunteer security programs. Support global events such as company gatherings and high profile announcements, ensure non-security staff know response steps as well as escalation/emergency routes and plansSupport global teams in the event of tragic circumstances; communicating company resources and facilitating courses such as Mental Health First Aid, Active Attacker Response, and Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Develop training programs, courses, and digital content/communications to ensure consistent messaging on a global scale. Analyze and mitigate potential security threats by identifying high risk areas, conducting periodic site assessments and connecting with the business units to drive solutions.
