Accountable for protecting one of the most globally recognized and iconic brands and leading McDonald’s global cybersecurity organization. Responsible for overseeing risk management, brand protection, and executing McDonald’s enterprise cybersecurity strategy.

Accountable for the development & execution of Republic Services rapidly growing cybersecurity program. Primary focus on cybersecurity operations (IT/OT), cloud security, data protection, technology rationalization & optimization, and team development. I report directly into the Executive Management team and am responsible for overseeing cybersecurity with the company. Regular interaction with Republic Services Executive Leadership team to include quarterly updates to the Board of Directors.

End-to-end accountability for all security services spanning physical, cyber, and product security. Responsible for building and driving Honeywell’s overall security strategy for over 1,1300 facilities, 140,000 employees, thousands of on-premises and cloud hosted applications, and overall accountability for the secure development and deployment of Honeywell’s IoT products and platforms.. Partner closely with multiple cross-functional teams from Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, and Legal to the Board of Directors at regular intervals.

Accountable for all cyber security systems, resources, budget, and processes across Honeywell. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Honeywell’s Cyber Security Operations Center, Security Architecture, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Assessment (including Attack & Penetration), Firewall Operations, Identity & Access Management, Cloud and Endpoint Security.

Responsible for all cybersecurity operations across Honeywell, including Honeywell’s Global Security Operations Center, Security Architecture, SAP Security, and critical infrastructure operations. Lead sizeable staff and manage multi-million dollar budget.

Designed, implemented, and ran Honeywell’s Infrastructure Service Request (ISR) process with globally diverse team of employees, contractors and suppliers. Coordinated deployment of thousands of application, telecommunication, and network devices across our global data centers as well as emerging cloud platforms & technologies.

Developed global team, comprised of Solution Engineers from United States, Mexico, Europe, and India, in support of ISR (Infrastructure Service Request) process. Participated as integral member of various strategic process improvement initiatives targeted at increasing efficiency and customer responsiveness globally.

Led team of Investigators in support of countless corporate IT investigations world-wide. Co-led team to design /redesign necessary processes and procedures in effort to converge both cyber and physical investigation teams into one globally responsive organization. Led various teams to build requirements and design processes and procedures to battle corporate laptop theft, misuse of corporate property, and data contamination cleanup efforts.

Conducted thorough good-faith investigations and digital forensic analysis into suspected violations of corporate policy. Acted as intermediary between various internal and external organizations, including Honeywell Executive Leadership, Legal and Human Resources, and various local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.

Audited and validated technical solutions to ensure adherence to corporate security policy and industry best practices before deployment into global datacenters. Translated customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with Corporate Information Technology (IT) security policy. Key member of team responsible for overhauling Honeywell IT Security policy and posture. Worked with customers to identify potential security threats and mitigating actions.
