Advisor and main point of contact for multiple jurisdictions/agencies in San Diego County including Santee, La Mesa, Lemon Grove, Imperial Beach, Coronado, SANDAG, Port of San Diego, and the City of San Diego. Project manager and community liaison for large-scale City projects and grant administration, which required City Council hearings and approvals. Project management across long range planning endeavors as well as current planning and development/construction projects. Monitoring of the Planning Department budget, and management of consultant contracts and preparation of RFQ and RFP materials. Ample work in project analysis, public outreach, and fiscal budgeting.
