Cultivated and directed racial equity coaching to empower individuals to internalize and implement the Protocol for Courageous Conversations About Race. 

Was responsible for the development and implementation support for PEG University face-to-face and online programming; maintained the virtual learning environment for programming; coordinated outreach for new programming markets; expanded and enhanced the Affiliate Coaching program as well as strengthening and coaching Affiliate expertise; and offered structural and administrative support to PEG University and the Affiliate Program.

Supported faculty in delivering and teaching entrance exam and standardized test preparation programs for graduate, business, law, medical, dental school and others in addition to Pre-College tutors for SAT and ACT.

Managed supplemental education support programs for elementary, middle and high schools. Maintained program success through collaboration and communication with school administration. Assisted faculty member with online instruction by reading and responding to student posts, encouraged online interaction on Blackboard weekly discussion boards, held weekly office hours in chat room and on aim instant messenger, and graded and posted assignments for one third of the students enrolled in the Beyond Diversity course.

Led program teams in implementing adult education courses throughout the Los Angeles Department of Health Services. Provided coaching and counseling services to health care professionals enrolled in educational programs under the philosophy of adult education theory.

Taught Teaching For Change curriculum inclusive of organizing and advocacy techniques, the history of civil rights and social justice, organizational leadership development and the use of technology as an advocacy tool. Led instructional team in the facilitation and implementation of a social justice oriented curriculum designed to equip students with the necessary academic, research, leadership, and advocacy skills to serve as National Equity Center Social Justice Ambassadors within their respective local communities and sphere of influence upon their return from the institute. Supervised forty college students from around the nation participating in the training institute.

Managed African American Student Center support services under the division of Student Affairs. Developed and managed center website, press releases and collateral marketing materials for center events. Taught Civil Rights course in conjunction with the department of Ethnic and Women’s Studies. Coordinated the Diversity Ambassador: Civil Rights Trip to the South Program recruitment, selection, fundraising efforts, travel, site visit reservations and course preparation. Provided presentations and in-service workshops in multicultural competency, leadership, organization, motivation, personal wellness and skill development. Created and implemented multicultural programming with academic links within the Office of Student Life and Cultural Centers, campus departments, student groups and community organizations. Collaborated with academic initiatives in accordance with the mission of the university. Executed Human Resources and Personnel functions: Recruitment, selection, training, supervision and evaluation of Student Assistants, Graduate Interns and Volunteers for the center; Applied skills and procedures from counseling background to develop individualized professional development plans and resolve employee concerns as needed.

Taught resident advisor courses, campus leadership series and diversity compliance workshops. Presented diversity workshops and training to campus staff and students.
