Facilitate the hiring of exceptional candidates by assisting recruiters with managing applicant flow and screening for individuals that will excel with Erlanger Health System. Assist the hiring manager by monitor incoming queries regarding our open internal positions. Coordinating the steps of the hiring process to build a quality team for Erlanger's EPIC EMR implementation. This includes proctoring the Sphinx assessment , setting up phone and in person interviews for all the EMR managers, coordinating travel plans for candidates, and generating reports on the status of all applicants in the hiring process.
