With over nine years of experience in IT support, I am a leader in providing technical solutions and customer service to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. As an Assistant Manager, I oversee the daily operations of the IT Support Services team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the services delivered to internal and external customers. I also collaborate with other IT managers and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives and best practices for IT support. As a Senior Supervisor, I was responsible for training, mentoring, and coaching the IT support staff, as well as managing the performance and budget of the IT support function. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Baker University, and I hold the ITIL Foundation Level and Casper Certified Technician certifications. I am passionate about leveraging my skills and knowledge in technical support, customer service management, and information technology to support the mission and vision of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
