Manage multiple, large and complex customer projects from initial contact through completion. Write project plans. Order and schedule delivery of equipment with customer.Coordinating internal and customer resources and assigning project tasks. Complete weekly project updates both internally and with the customer. Forecasting projects and associated revenue accurately.

Manage a regional team of Implementation Specialists across several states. Manage customer accounts including issue resolution and management. Scheduling and providing resources for implementations.

Install and support Automated Medication Dispensing hardware and software. Perform system hardware and software upgrades. Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem solving as needed for the customer. Conduct customer training on use of the system(s). Establish and maintain customer service relationships.
