    During my time at UberGlobal I was responsible for both technology and product development company wide.The technology that I architected and implemented took UberGlobal from a small four person company when I joined, to being Australia's third largest cloud service provider when I left in 2011.Along with my small team, some of my achievements included:- Design and deployment of Australia's first "real time dedicated servers" - a platform that allowed customers to order a dedicated server specifying resources and operating system, and have it instantly provisioned from hardware pre-installed in the datacentre.- Expanded this platform to a large-scale VMware environment operating on IBM Bladecenter H and IBM XIV storage providing an on-demand cloud computing capability before the larger operators such as AWS and Azure were operating in Australia.- Deployed Australia's first IPv6 enabled hosting network.- Deployed complex load balancing solutions using F5 GTM and LTM capabilities to support customers with high availability requirements.- Developed the systems and processes required to gain certification to host Australian Government data up to a Secret level.- Architected the Windows and Linux shared hosting stacks to support hundreds of thousands of customers.- Planned and executed the integration of numerous acquisitions from both a systems and customer data perspective.- Designing and deploying a new Avaya contact centre platform to support the rapid growth of the company and support distributed teams.UberGlobal was subsequently acquired by Melbourne IT.
