Worked with Dell Custom Factory Integration team to create one Gold X-image for all Dell computer models throughout the company. Helped identify common company software applications for packaging at Dell Deployment Services. Because of this work the company will be able to order a computer from Dell and it will come with a secure, company specific image with the software the end user needs to work already installed. Ghost Server 11.5 administrator responsible for maintaining and updating over 35 images for offices throughout the United States. Desktop Infrastructure Engineer responsible for implementing and supporting LAN/WAN, PC’s, data communications, and cable plants; technical consultation to all Desktop Services personnel, and customer/technical support services to over 3000 users in a Windows NT 4.0/Windows 2000/XP environment.
