With over 26 years of experience in human resources, I am a results-driven and strategic leader who oversees the HR operations and functions at Regional Finance, a leading consumer finance company. I provide leadership for employee relations, HRBP’s, HRIS, governance, DE&I, talent development, and HR support center.As a Wharton Executive Education graduate, I have completed the Chief of Human Resources (CHRO) Program, which equips me with the skills and insights to drive organizational performance and innovation. I have also earned a certification in talent strategy, hiring, engaging, and rewarding A+ talent. I have received multiple honors and awards for my performance and contribution in HR, including the best diversity and inclusion in retail from Bridgestone Americas, where I served as the HR director for two and a half years.
