Team lead for the Plant Maintenance North American SAP deployment, working more closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the SAP ERP template for the manufacturing organisation.I have delivered to five key strategic manufacturing sites over the duration of my stay in North America - to great success. I continue with many of the same functional and business partnering activities (mentioned below).

PM Functional Consultant delivering an SAP ERP template to GSK's global manufacturing sites. My role has the following elements:- Functional/technical - acquiring business requirements, localised configuration to those requirements and site specific data migration. SAP enhancements are also delivered if a strong business case is justified through a governance process. - Business partnering - focusing on the successful adoption of a simplified, global SAP template which drives standard business processes; for this I deliver testing and training to end users. I also have management responsibilities in the team. This includes the management of graduates and external consultants.

MM Functional Consultant working on the current largest European SAP implementation at GlaxoSmithKline. Working in the Warehousing and Distribution team, I support the development of interfaces to third party organisations and quality management aspects of the Commercial ERP SAP template. Key aspects to the Warehouse and Distribution template deployment are:- Standardised interfaces, processes and data- Outsourcing of the warehouse operations to a third party service provider- Shared ownership of stock- Quality function for stock release

Providing essential data management services to the UK Pharmaceuticals business. Internal stakeholders included field-based sales representatives, head office management and internal business analysts. The role was highly customer facing and required a first class support service which was delivered consistently. The database that I maintained was used to provide critical data for UK sales force planning.

I helped to support a team of fifteen high achieving employees that had been selected by the business to address future key strategic challenges. The role demanded that I be flexible to business needs, have a strong knowledge of internal systems and excellent organisational skills.

Aiding in the re-structuring and transition within the Global Talent Centre of Excellence (CoE), I helped to re-develop a global talent programme which focused on future leader development. I identified target MBA colleges, in global locations, to satisfy the businesses demand for internationally experienced candidates.

Hired as an industrial placement student as part of my Business Studies degree, I worked within the CSR area of the business. I constantly worked to time critical deadlines, creatively developing on & offline marketing communications. For the successful delivery of personal objectives and team targets, I was rewarded with an additional summer internship. During this time I significantly contributed towards building the communications strategy surrounding a new talent-based, global employee secondment initiative.
