Responsible for managing the video game producer and publisher's complex game development infrastructure ensuring robust 24x7 availability. Also responsible for ensuring all game development projects met demanding timescales and budgets. Led employees across 3 studios in Japan, the UK and US.

Co-founded New Planet Solutions, a specialist software development company delivering process-driven software solutions for insurance clients. The company was acquired by Innovation Group (with circa 3,300 global employees and 1,200+ clients) in 2001. Undertook roles from Programme Manager through to CIO / Software Solutions Director, Policy & Claims Solutions.

I was involved in the development of numerous government systems

AMP Systems (an ICL subsidary company) acquired PBA and continued to develop and support the document management solution (ImageTree), my role expanded and I took on other government systems development.

I started this company with a collegue to develop document management solutions for all industries.

Traderights were early pioneers in the world of e-mail which was emerging as a means of communication, we also developed systems for the SEC (US corporate filings). I developed the framework software used to develop all of the key systems, this reduced development time from 6 months to 1 month.

Developing systems for the telco industry, we were the market leader in telephone call logging and services with customers in all fields from local government to large PLC's. My role was to develop the management system (TCMS) and associated interfaces.
