I helped Scot Lewis to help expand into different locations whilst keeping the focus on technology sourcing. This meant a huge focus on business development, reputation building and strategic oversight of these new locations.I built a new desk overseas, successfully placing in the area of data science / machine learning in a difficult market. I provided a personal and professional service to both clients and candidates including not just making key placements, but also providing guidance and consulting around the market, trends, salary banding, process improvement and more.

I worked with Tier-1 hedge funds across New York and London to source machine learning and engineering talent.

I worked in the ads team across multiple roles gaining a deep understanding of; Spotify, the ads space and the needs of the key HM's. I was actively sourcing in the areas of: data, product and design, and was mostly focused on director-level roles making keys leadership hires for one of their key projects for this year. Levelled up my sourcing skills through Elements’ and Spotify training, now utilising more advanced methods. Gained a keen interest and advocacy for diverse and inclusive hiring practices and continue to learn extensively in this area.Active member of the public speaking guild and data guild (Elements) and organized new-starter meet and greets, whilst also mentoring new starters as they join.I worked remotely from South America for a large portion of this role and managed to visit: Colombia, Peru and Brazil whilst successfully managing workload and sharing pictures along the way.
