CurrentResponsible for planning and end to end delivery of all ongoing corporate technology projects / programs to continually support the strategic objectives of QIC Investment / Business teams. We have undertaken a journey to remove all on-prem technology & are now a cloud-based SaaS first (preferred) technology player.Starting with robust Business case creation (Problem statements, Objectives, Benefits, Risks, NPV, etc) including detailed vendor negotiated contracts, we seek approval to obtain and deploy capital for allocation across the portfolio. In turn we take approved projects through to Delivery.Our developed Technology Delivery Framework over the past 10-years continues to be refined, providing a streamlined and consistent approach for all internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors and implementation partners. This consistency provides increased reliability as expectations are aligned and our clients / partners always know what to expect.We have placed a significant focus on delivery tools so status can be tracked and monitored on a daily basis with clear visualisation of where we are at on any given day. Our Business Requirements and in turn Test Cases (UT, ST, SIT and UAT) are detail-rich via User Stories and Acceptance criteria that capture and link Pre-requisites / Dependencies / related work, as well as capture and link all associated Defects. This transparency provides both QIC and our implementation partners full visibility & Traceability of all work back to Business Processes and/or System capability being delivered. This benefits targeted communication and action.We are power users of MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) as our core platforms which provide necessary views to all project stakeholders to assist in effectively managing and allocating work on a daily basis.Technologies delivered include Trading, Financial, CRM, and business systems such as Aladdin, eFront, Oracle, Salesforce, Eagle, and more.
