Assessing and driving the technology needs for Citigroup Security and Investigations in EMEA and ASPAC. My role requires me to be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for a wide variety of technology.Management of all aspects of technology (including: Vendor assessment, contract negotiation and on-boarding; Support, management and development of software; Card access/CCTV/Security systems assessment; Fire/Life Safety and Security technology assessments). Due to my technology expertise I am often called upon to provide technical assistance in investigations. This includes providing technology insight and guidance, link charting/analysis, eDiscovery and data cleansing/normalisation. Another aspect of my role is to help manage the Proactive Investigations division from a technology perspective. This involves analytics of large data sets using innovative algorithms and tools that I have developed to ascertain potential fraud or wrong-doing. Proactive Investigations uncovers fraud and wrong-doing, driving policy changes throughout the business.
