Designing and implementing impactful sustainability projects which bring together Cornell faculty and world class partners to address the challenges of the energy transition.

Responsible for framing and developing Chevron P/SCM ESG framework in support of Chevron's overall sustainability strategy. Includes developing ESG Topic approaches (Lower Carbon, Human Rights, Supplier Diversity, Local Content, etc.), implementing ESG tools and processes (policies, supplier selection, contracting language, digital solutions), and driving change in the organization through development of the business case and motivating the function to achieve ambitious ESG goals.

Works through Tengizchevroil's (TCO) strategic leadership team to develop and execute TCO’s localization strategy in order to optimize our in-country value (ICV) contribution. Responsibilities include leading cross functional team to perform: strategic spend & market analysis, local supplier identification, contracting and procurement plan optimization, strategic supplier management, supplier development and qualification, local content reporting, communications and stakeholder management.

Chevron global subject matter expert for local content and economic development. Provide input and guidance to corporate functions and business units on local content opportunities and best practices. Currently representing Chevron on industry (IPIECA) local content working group.

Tengizchevroil's Crisis Management Team's Atyrau based team charged with executing TCO’s COVID response to stabilize Atyrau operations and protect enterprise workforce. This included developing COVID scenario playbooks, identifying response triggers, and executing plans resulting in the securing of facilities, medical procedures, local and national governmental coordination, and demobilization of over 17,000 employees and business partners to domestic and international locations.

Manager of Chevron's corporate procurement and supply chain's National/Local Content (NLC) program. This includes the implementation of Chevron's Upstream and Gas NLC process, leadership of NLC community of practice, supporting specific global business units on their NLC challenges, working with category teams, projects, and strategic suppliers to build capabilities in the geographies where Chevron operates.

• Design and implementation of supply chain development programs for private sector, multilaterals, and governments• Business development and proposal writing - won two programs in Ghana with USAID and in Mozambique with Anadarko. Both captures exceeded 3 years each at approximately $1M/yr.• Focus on supply chain localization and enterprise development.

• Local Content Development: Responsible for increasing local Angolan SME participation in oil and gas supply chain by providing technical assistance, training, networking, and market intelligence to industry and Angolan SMEs.• Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Worked with procurement groups for the petroleum supply chain to increase local Angolan content. Industry partners included: BP, Sonangol, Total, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Bechtel, and others.• Enterprise Improvement: Managed registration and certification (pre-qualification) programs for local Angolan enterprises.• International Project Management: Managed offices and activities in Luanda, Cabinda, Soyo, and Benguela/Lobito with staff of over 25 local and international consultants. Responsible for technical and financial execution.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT LEAD• Change Management: Worked with SAP SRM eCatalog change management team to perform stakeholder analysis, devise communication strategies, and provide demonstrations/trainings resulting in a registered user increase of 210%• Business Process Reengineering: Investigated existing business processes to identify and implement process solutions. • Supplier Enablement: Worked to “on-board” vendors to include: registering vendors, reviewing and modifying vendor catalogs, and troubleshooting process and technical issues • Sales: Participated in several proposal efforts targeting expanded scope for existing project and additional non-core supply chain work totaling approximately $6.7M in sales
