Member of the board, as Commercial and Ops Director I am responsible for Growth Strategy, Marketing, Operations and Finance. My primary focus is ensuring the firm is profitable by developing the business model and coordinating the relevant teams and resources to achieve the companies objectives for growthWorking with internal stakeholders I lead in assessing the market in detail to seek out commercial opportunity to increase market share as well as opportunity to make internal operational improvements to satisfy that growth. This is done with consideration for available resource which is skilfully utilised to maximise impact. I transform these evaluations into coherent strategy so we can work towards their implementationI work with our teams, operationalise every level of company strategy, delegate elements to the necessary managers and supervise their implementation. Close working relationships are maintained to ensure developments to facilitate growth remain in tune with current procedure, internal culture & customer requirements/expectations. Where more fundamental change is required, relationships are managed closely to ensure support is acquired and resistance managed at all levelsAs commercial director I drive the companies marketing efforts which are supported by the BD team, the sales team and various external partners. I manage work across multiple channels successfully as well as introduction of new channels where opportunity is identified. Our unique mix of on and offline channels supported by our digital capabilities have resulted in a robust business. We focus on our digital capabilities which have been designed to surpass customer expectation as well as create internal efficiency. Considering these simultaneously has resulted in a unique organisational narrative which impresses customers and offers opportunity for scalability, diversity and further operational & market development.

Development of a long term integrated digital marketing strategy which would form the bedrock of the company’s model for winning customers and creating advocates. Developing new company branding with the goal of communicating professionalism, dynamism, and contemporary business. Implementing the new branding across all company communications, including online and offline channels and materials. Design and commission of website build and the continual maintenance of the company web presence. The design and commissioning of an integrated CRM platform, which gives unlimited digital capability and potential. The development of online marketing channels and a overarching web strategy and digital marketing funnel Identifying advertising opportunities on owned and non-owned media and planning a coherent customer journey led approach to attracting potential clients into our digital ecosystem. Creating approaches to lead capture and considering this holistically to ensure the organisation has resource and infrastructure readily available to process leads generated effectivelyProducing and commissioning numerous types of content for a variety of uses and for various goals.
