As my role began to grow, I was given additional responsibilities such assisting Business Analysts with various tasks, supporting directors with additional admin work and becoming a point of contact for various technical products we offered. My success in this role was rewarded with a promotion to Project Manager.

Working as Project Assistant within the Digital Service Directorate, I was responsible for maintaining project documents including Project Initiation Documents (PIDs), Risk and Issue Logs, Action trackers and providing administrative support to the project managers when required. I was given valuable insight into different project management methodologies including Agile. I supported multiple digitally focused projects where I attended daily SCRUM meetings, and gained experience in website design, content management, data analytics and testing.
