Responsible for leading a unified and digitally-driven approach to client engagement strategies across TMX Group businesses (~$1 billion in revenue). Reporting to the CEO, led various transformation programs designed to enhance client centricity and elevate TMX's brand on a global stage. Initiatives included launch of TMXmoney rebuild, a digital property attracting 1M+ monthly investors, and the construction of TMX Market Centre, an 8k sq. ft. digital client facility located in the heart of Toronto's financial district. Worked across enterprise business units to modernize and standardize digital marketing, CRM, and client intelligence capabilities.

Expanded mandate to include P&L responsibility for $100M USD Digital Media business, supporting thousands of customers in 60+ countries.

Global P&L responsibility for $70M USD Multimedia Solutions (MMS) division at Nasdaq. Led integration of Thomson Reuters' MMS business with similar global business unit within Nasdaq.

Expanded mandate to take on global P&L responsibility for $45M USD Multimedia Solutions business at Thomson Reuters. In January, 2013, Nasdaq acquired the Multimedia Solutions and related businesses within Thomson Reuters' Corporate Services division for $390M. Played key role in the sale process.

Streamlogics was a leading provider of webcasting solutions, mainly serving large enterprise clients across North America. Acquired Activate Canada assets from Nasdaq listed Loudeye. Completely restructured business, rebranded and relaunched as Streamlogics. Also acquired Nashville-based competitor Tappedinto.com from SaskTel. Awarded Canada's Top 10 Angel invested firm by National Angel Capital Organization (NACO).Thomson Reuters acquired Streamlogics in July, 2009.

Launched Canadian operations for Activate Corp, a U.S. based digital streaming and subsidiary of conglomerate, CMGi. Included building sales, customer support, and network team from scratch.
