I am an equity Partner with Nevada’s first law firm focused solely on industrial relations and industrial insurance solutions. My practice focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims, administrative hearings, and subrogation litigation. I also handle various civil litigation matters before Nevada State Courts and Administrative Agencies.I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Brigham Young University-Idaho, then went on to earn his Juris Doctor at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. While attending College, I received several awards and honors, including being awarded the Newel K. Whitney Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement upon my graduation.In law school, I earned recognition for honorable contributions in a community service program for conducting an eight-week course in personal bankruptcy for low income clients. I served as Vice President of the law school’s chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, was a finalist in the 2011 Annual Negotiation Competition, and I practiced law for a criminal defense firm under Nevada’s Student Practice License. I also completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Judge Valorie J. Vega in Nevada’s Eighth Judicial District Court.I am also licensed to practice law in Nevada, Utah and Arizona.
