I lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers that are responsible for a hybrid cloud infrastructure. My team directs the design, production, acquisition, implementation, and operation of all computing infrastructure utilized by AECI within owned data centers, leased data centers, private cloud, and public cloud. We help developers quickly deploy applications to their desired technology stack and ensure consistency, reliability, and security through modern DevSecOps practices. We conceive, define, test, deliver, monitor, refine and withdraw platforms, products and services to maximize business results and automate toil where identified. We conduct research, work with key stakeholders across business and technology to develop and convey product vision, and then deliver and sustain the end-to-end customer experience. The 5 "pillars" we use to support all services we provide are service brokerage, observability, infrastructure as code, automation, and self-healing systems.I am responsible for creating vision, strategies, and roadmaps, "ownership" data centers (Sites), High Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructures, technical operations/support, customer relationship management, talent/team management, team practice maturity, project portfolio management, and block budget management. This postion requires me and my team to be the vanguard of change. Innovation and salesmanship are a must.

Manager of a team of dedicated developers that build, design, and support AECI's critical software systems. This includes developing workflow processes, custom 1st party applications, and the implementation/integration of 3rd party software solutions and the SOA services in-between.My role is to ensure my team is in a position to make themselves and those around them successful by pushing AECI's state of the art forward. Within our portfolio of work, we have several large-scale web and windows applications, spanning years of development. We have several enterprise software solutions under our belt and architected a WCF service infrastructure the acts as the backbone of our data transfer system. Our area of expertise is the scenario of "We need to build X that talks with Y and Z."
