Changed the culture of annual campaign fundraising within Eastern Hamilton County OH resulting in reaching the annual campaign goal 7 months earlier than the previous year and exceeded the goal by over $22,000 ($204,550 Total) Increased District Product Sale by $60K+ ($546,265 Total) Developed and implemented a membership plan that resulted in: +4.3% increase in membership (4,124 youth) & +3% increase in Scouting Programs (94 Programs)Planned and executed a $2.2MM retail product sales campaign $761,530 net. Turned around an annual sales campaign with two consecutive years of losses and exceeded budget by +$121,350.52 net. Ensured that every district with in the Dan Beard Council had an increase in product sales.
