Shaun held the position of Partner with Doogue & George before his resigned to commence his own practice - Pascoe Criminal Law in July 2020. He worked as a solicitor with Doogue and O'Brien (now Doogue & George) from 2004 - 2012. In 2012 he was appointed Partner. He worked from the Heidelberg office from December 2008 - June 2020. He obtained extensive experience representing clients charged with a variety of offences, from the seeming minor (drive whilst license suspended, drink driving), through to the most serious offences in our criminal calendar (rape, armed robbery, intentionally cause serious injury). Shaun has extensive experience representing clients on a contested (plea of not guilty) and non-contested (plea of guilty) charges.Shaun opened Heidelberg in December 2008.
