• Completed engineering plan review and final inspections for all single family residential construction. Led multi-family and commercial plan review and inspections with consultants.• Processed consultant and contractor payouts and various departmental bills to ensure timely productivity.

• Stormwater runoff and detention analysis utilizing TR-20 and StormCad programs for residential projects ranging from 20-150 acres.• Began training in AutoCAD Land Desktop.

Prepared detailed cost estimates, plan sets, and specifications for municipal and private projects. Maintained written and verbal correspondence with clients and public regarding project progress. Performed construction observation and layout.• Designed and managed several municipal and private projects with construction budgets ranging up to $3 million.• Managed the annual road program for the Village of LaGrange.
