Responsible for maintaining the SAS 9.2 EBI environments including Base SAS, Enterprise Guide, Enterprise Miner, Forecast Studio and BI Applications hosted on a Solaris platform. Initial design, installation and maintenance of Tableau server on a Windows platform.

• Lead global CRR reporting initiative. CRR was a combination of multiple global reporting analytics. Once implemented, other reporting analytics were ceased allowing team members to focus on other functional needs.
• Created automated process of condensing multiple collections data repositories into one data feed. This process allowed for more efficient collections activity on a daily basis.
• Increase RISK department knowledge of UNIX environment. Increasing the departments knowledge allows for self support of moving/transferring/copying files from servers, setting permissions on specific datasets, less.
• Assisted in tuning performance settings on analytic server. The tuning, to date, have reduced run times throughout the RISK department.
