I am currently a SharePoint Infrastructure Engineer responsible for maintaining and customizing the Zions Bancorporations SharePoint environment. This includes managing all the SharePoint infrastructure, testing and implementing cumulative updates as they are release and troubleshooting issues from SharePoint users and they happen.We also responsible for setting up various SharePoint features from Infopath web enabled forms, custom workflows, search and any other content related issues that our end users either request or have having problems with.I have been in this position for the last 3 years and in September 2013 I just passed 13 years with Zions Bancorporation. I held different positions within the bancorporation ranging from Management of the Service Desk, Desktop support, Incident Management and my current position as an engineer.I also have my ITIL foundations certificate and also a Practitioner's Cert in IT Service Management / Incident Management / Service Desk. These two certs also come into play with my current role as the bancorporation utilizes the ITIL practice.

I am the Incident Manager within Service Delivery & Support group. Our group is over implementing and refining best practices into the organization using ITIL as our framework. I have 2 certifications in ITIL they include ITIL Foundations and Incident, problem and service desk Practitioner. My job is to eliminate incidents to our corporation and restore service to our end users as soon as possible.
