Took on a Team Lead role as the data specialist team grew. Assisted with their onboarding, skills development and checking in on their project workloads. Established a central knowledge base and fast-track onboarding process. Headed the development of database development frameworks to streamline the development process aligned with best practices and innovative approaches. Initiated R&D and People Development structures.During this continued to perform data modelling, data architecture, database design and database development work over multiple projects.

Joined a startup team that had an initial MVP database at prototype level. Took over primary development of the database and implementation of the business logic, requiring consistent direct communication with BAs, business users and the solutions architect, up to a production-ready level before handing over to a DevOps team.

Built client-customised SQL stored procedures for automation of their specific data processes. Debugged database data integrity issues and SQL coding errors. Built automated reporting via SQL queries and report building software such as SSRS. This while continuing to provide database support to software users.

Stationed as a support consultant for an ERP software company, I attended to the support of clients old and new during and after the implementation of the software for their unique business needs. This would involve data related investigations as well as assisting users with their specific journeys and usage of the software.

Ran weekly tutorials in the respective courses, answering the students' questions and assisting them generally in their understanding of the work. During 2020 lockdown, this transformed to monitoring online forii and chat rooms for similar purposes. In 2021, tutorials were hosted on Zoom.
