As Head of Sponsorship at Panbet, I used partnerships with Manchester United, Liverpool FC, Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United, Málaga CF, Fulham FC, Hibernian, Derby County, FC Dynamo Kiev and Middlesbrough to help grow the Marathonbet brand globally. My team and I have helped to grow Marathonbet's UK customer base by more than 8,000% by running offers, promotions and activations. We have also contributed to a ten-fold rise in web traffic from Asia. Tasked with getting maximum ROI on our illustrious portfolio of partnerships, I have been involved in negotiations from the very beginning of each partnership - from negotiating the level of investment, to agreeing payment terms and schedules, to finalising the assets and rights that we are granted. My team and I have developed an innovative activation strategy for each partnership, comprising of exclusive content, promotions, offers and innovative campaigns such as the Football Business Award nominee #NonLeagueChallenge. In just over four years with Marathonbet, I have led a team that has picked up numerous accolades including an Aberfield Award for 'most effective sponsorship activation in football' for our work with Fulham FC, 'Best sponsorship' nomination for a Betting on Sports Award which was related to our work with Hibernian FC and most prestigious of all, a Football Business Award nomination for our #NonLeagueChallenge campaign. I'm the first point of contact for new sponsorship opportunities and I also actively seek new opportunities within sport.

After a successful few years as a Freelance Sportswriter, I joined Panbet as a Staff Copywriter. I launched Marathonbet's Twitter, Facebook and YouTube channels and was then responsible for recruiting a Social Media Assistant to create content and manage the channels. I also helped create the brand's first English language brand book and helped build and design a blog to boost SEO and search rankings. After just a few months, I was promoted to PR & Sponsorship Manager and was tasked with managing Marathonbet's various partnerships within sport and media.
