Key responsibilities include:• Setting of near & long term facilities improvement projects via Asset Level Business Plan (ALBP)• Development, execution & stewardship of facilities surveillance programs and improvement projects• Leading and mentoring a team of 2 Offshore Assigned Engineers (OAE) and 1 Facilities Engineer• Champion and key liaison for Guntong TEAM, a multifunctional asset surveillance team with the objective of eliminating significant SHE incidents, increase profitability and grow volumes

Key responsibilities include:• Setting near & long term crude production target through CP (EM) and WP&B (PETRONAS) processes• Stewardship and maximization of EMEPMI crude production totaling 80kbd• Key liaison contact for ExxonMobil and PETRONAS with regards to all crude production matters - ExxonMobil i.e. Forward Volume Estimates, Volume reconciliation & planned shutdown optimization - PETRONAS i.e. Volume reconciliation and planning (GAPA, Tanker Slating), Capacity Review (IOM), Downtime monitoring and reporting (OPI), and Management reviews (ALM, OCM, UWGM)• Coaching and development of back-up crude planner and technologist for business continuity• Advocator of increasing organization value through improved work process efficiency

Facilities Engineer for Lawit-A (April 2008 – March 2010) and Guntong-DE (April 2010 – March 2012). Setting, executing and stewarding of facilities surveillance programs and improvement projects. Key achievements include:• Spearheaded Guntong-E and Lawit-A Gas Dehydration System (GDS) restoration initiatives, driving improvement in sales gas dewpoint and OPEX optimization resulting in savings of USD 200K/month. Instilling sustainability and continuous improvement through on-the-job training to increase production operator knowledge and competency on GDS operations and maintenance• Key team member in 2008 Lawit-A Infill Drilling Program (IDP). Spearheaded initiative of ensuring topside facilities readiness albeit 6 months IDP acceleration, inclusion of an additional well into the original IDP and long lead delivery of duplex stainless steel chokes. Averted “loss sales” opportunity of 150mmcfd from the new infill wells; equivalent to USD 624M in sales gas revenue• Led Lawit-A & Guntong-DE planned shutdowns as the main focal contact. Driving cross functional teamwork integration between Technical & Operations; timely start-up without any safety incidents• Took up additional responsibility as EMEPMI Facilities Surveillance Best Practice (FSBP) lead. Setting-up the Weekly Engineering Surveillance with the primary objective focused on proactive surveillance and cross functional collaboration between Technical groups and Operations, Maturing Guntong-E FSBP surveillance dashboard and Guntong-D Plant Information (PI) development and Established “Benefits Captured & Sharing” initiatives

Maintenance Engineer supervising a team of 2 coordinators and 4 technicians. Responsible for defining the methodology, manpower, skills, spares and resources to achieve efficient and safe maintenance activities in line with technical and safety standards.• Key achievements include taking up the Project Manager role for CAPEX projects comprising of 11KV Oil Circuit Breaker (OCB) change-out to Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) and installation of Visible Cut-Off Switches (VCS) totaling USD 0.4M
