Think Learning as part of the Totara Group

Responsible for the scale-up of 'Think Associates' to the re-branded name of 'Think Learning' with a vision to empower organisations to create safer and better places to work through the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning services powered by Totara Learn.

I have over 14 years experience in working with learning and performance technologies.As a board level director I am responsible for company wide systems and processes; HR development; system implementation project management; client service management; information security and compliance (GDPR, G-Cloud, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials)

Think Associates are a workforce services and technology company specialising in workforce management information systems and professional consultancy services. The position includes the regional programme account management of all system clients within the Greater London region. The role is primarily focused on specifying, implementing and supporting learning/content management systems and services within large/complex, organisations. Recent clients are NHS Employers (DH), NHS London (Strategic Health Authority), NHS Direct, Winton Capital Management, Central London Community Healthcare, Central & North West London Foundation Trust & Oasis Community Learning. The role requires engagement with a number of 3rd party suppliers.
