Currently working as a Product Engineer Manager with over 19 years’ experience in product development, lifecycle management and process improvement within various industries including specialist bearing manufacture and pharmaceutical drug delivery device industry.I have experience working with functional and cross-functional teams defining work package/project scopes and objectives, assigning job roles and responsibilities whilst managing timelines and budgets to agreed targets. I have a detailed knowledge of drug delivery device design, particularly inhalation device design and the Quality System processes and procedures associated with compliance to ISO13485.Over my career, I have worked as part of development teams supporting a full range of activities from scale-up and industrialisation through design transfer and the supporting of products in high-volume manufacturing, as well as low-volume manufacturing of specialist made-to-order bearings for bespoke applications.I can be trusted to handle sensitive and confidential matters with a composed, considerate, respectful approach and manner.
