My unwavering motivation was always to advance in life, a pursuit that led me to sacrifice precious time with family and friends, and to forego many of life's experiences.Over a decade spent in the Merchant Navy afforded me financial comfort, yet each return home was a poignant reminder of the void left by absence. Yearning for meaningful connections and moments of relaxation, I sought out venues where one could unwind over drinks or meals in an inviting atmosphere. However, I often found such places either prohibitively expensive or lacking in the desired ambiance.It was this realization that spurred me to embark on a new journey — to establish my own restaurant, a haven where people from all walks of life could revel in good company without fretting over the bill. Envisioning a warm, welcoming space where quality and standards remained uncompromised, I resolved to make this dream a reality.Yet, bridging the gap between aspiration and achievement required a deep understanding of the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. To acquire this knowledge, I immersed myself in an internship at Kitchen Craft, a renowned food catering company. Through this experience, I gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of maintaining quality and delivering exceptional service.Armed with newfound expertise and a burning passion, I ventured into the world of food catering with my venture, "The Clean Plate."
