As the Chairperson of the IEEE Electron Devices Society at the VIT Student Chapter, I aim to create a globally recognized platform for students interested in electron devices within the IEEE community. My vision is to enhance students' understanding of emerging technologies and establish the chapter's international presence.To achieve these goals, I have organized successful industry and academic events, such as a practical FPGA Development workshop with Intel, fostering collaboration between academia and industry. These experiences have honed my people-oriented and coordination skills while emphasizing resource management and achieving desired outcomes.Currently, my focus is on global acknowledgment, forging partnerships, organizing influential gatherings, and advocating for scholarly excellence. I aim to elevate our chapter's standing within the wider IEEE community by establishing connections with distinguished researchers, professionals, and other IEEE chapters worldwide.Looking ahead, I plan to increase participation in activities like academic conferences, industry visits, and competitions to promote research abilities among members. By creating a supportive atmosphere, I aim to inspire active involvement in significant research projects, empowering members to contribute to the electron devices community.Effective communication and active participation are integral to my approach. I prioritize transparency and efficient communication, ensuring timely information sharing, seeking feedback, and proactively engaging with members. This fosters a dynamic and engaged community within our student chapter.

During my MITACS Globalink Research Internship, I immersed myself in computer architecture and VLSI Design.Leading the development of a RISC-V 5-Stage pipelined processor, I integrated RV32I ISA with hardware peripherals and implemented FreeRTOS for practical applications. Proficient in Verilog, SymbiYosys for formal verification, and Vivado for synthesis automation, I completed the project ahead of schedule. This VLSI Design Internship is specially designed for final year electronics / electrical engineering students and it starts with learning concepts on VLSI Design, SoC Design, ASIC and FPGA design Flow, Digital Electronics & Verilog HDL which will be highly required to start an industry-standard protocol based project.

Team RoverX is a group of young, enthusiastic individuals who build Mars rovers. As R&D Head, I was involved in:1. Developing a 6-DOF Robotic Manipulator: Using CAN Nodes for each joint, consisting of STM32F4 MCU, MD and IMU.MATLAB for Inverse Kinematics Simulations and PID Control.2. I have significantly contributed to the organization's technical direction and development. I was entrusted with the responsibility of coordinating and executing an extensive array of educational endeavours with the aim of augmenting the expertise and understanding of our constituents.A notable accomplishment of mine has been the effective implementation of webinars, industrial speaker sessions and hands-on practical sessions, in which I provided critical direction to one hundred students. The purpose of these sessions was to impart understanding of the most recent advancements in robotics and automation through the provision of practical knowledge that transcends theoretical comprehension. The events' interactive characteristics facilitated a vibrant educational setting and contributed to the development of a robust sense of camaraderie among the attendees.To further my dedication to promoting technical education, I secured sponsorship of 10 Edge Impulse ML kits through their university programme. Engaging in this endeavour not only enhanced the educational journey of my peers but also granted me the opportunity to explore the intricacies of machine learning, thereby facilitating a pragmatic approach to comprehending and implementing ML principles. My objective in integrating these tools into our activities was to facilitate the transition from theoretical understanding to practical implementation within the domain of robotics and automation.Acknowledging the significance of cooperation and remaining informed about current developments, I actively promoted communication among members of the community. By consistently distributing pertinent lectures and news updates in the domain of robotics and automation, my objective was to ensure that our members were well-informed regarding the latest advancements in our field. This not only augmented their reservoir of knowledge but also fostered an environment that promoted ongoing inquiry and discovery.
