Versed in working closely with Professional Engineer as well as collaborating with project managers, engineering managers, architects, building owners etc. to coordinate efforts and determine best practice to swiftly ramp up projects. • Experience in preparation of Electrical lighting and power layouts along with design and drafting of transformers, conduits, distribution panelboards, buss ducts etc., in coherence with providing power to Electro-Mechanical equipment using standard codes NEC and IMC as well as NFPA (fire protection). • Powering various Mechanical systems in tandem with their controls used for a residential as well as commercial ecosystem covering tenant fit-outs, rooftop equipment replacements, hotel space demolition, medical facilities, food service etc. • Conducting field surveys, mapping out reflected ceiling equipment as well as power, voice/data and life-safety devices. From metrology of existing conditions for tenant space to be demolished to designing proposed layouts for the desired fit-out coordinated with architects/building owners. • Coordination with General as well as Mechanical and Electrical contractor to field verify furnishing and installation of Electro-Mechanical systems as per the shop drawings and client/architect requirements.
