SUMMARY: The Quality Control (QA), Data Coordinator is responsible for reporting agency progress on performance standards, producing quality assurance/control reports, monitoring, and training. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive quality control system for EAA-W-2. Responsible for QA, QC, training, fraud and benefit recovery. Create effective quality assurance tools to evaluate and assess staff training needs. Responsible for assisting in the development of a comprehensive training program to meet mandated State, and Federal training requirements. Maintain an effective working knowledge of current Federal, State and County program rules, requirements, and procedures. Assist in the design and development of training curriculum and other training materials as needed. Analyze, interpret policies and procedures from DCF. Responsible for tracking data accuracy of employees and agency based data according to established EAA benchmarks; produce reports regularly. Interpret and analyze related data reports and tracking progress as it relates to total agency performance. Develop systems to find -related errors, assist, provide current, accurate systems-related manuals and updated procedures for all trained staff; Conduct audits and make written recommendations to management based on the audit findings. Establish and maintain an effective data collection and reporting system designed to communicate quality assurance outcomes. Work with Fact Finding and QC staff. Attend State, County, or other formal training sessions and meetings, conferences and workshops as assigned. Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned.
